Medical examination

Hi. We received our approval last august through mail. Unfortunately, we we're waiting for the schedule of our medical thru mail while infact it was sent via email. I havent check my email that time. I received the email from CIC last oct 24, but i just read that this nov. 27. I was so frustrated due to the fact that the letter said that we were just given 30 days for our medical and failure to do so may lead to refusal to our application. But then, we still pushed to have our medical this nov. 28. and we already wrote a letter of appeal to CIC regarding this. Can there still be a chance for us to still go on with the process? Will the CIC finally close our files? What will we do now? Please help us.

To ensure the timely processing of your application, you should make arrangements to undergo the required medical examination immediately. Failure to do so within thirty (30) days of this notice may lead to the refusal of your application for permanent residence in Canada.

thank you! But then, i already wrote them a letter regarding that ( that i haven't checked my email..so the 30days are done) What I'm worried about is, will they automatically refuse our application?

i dnt thnk they will refuse ur application as u have written them n exlapin the whole thing,dnt worry im sure they will resend u the medicals

I just hope they will, thank you. I'm still hoping for the best. I tried to google any thing related to my situation and ended up having nothing. I really hope so that the visa officer will understand.
