Medical Examination Result Missing!!!

Dear All, recently Me, my mother and my father had undergone a medical examination for Canadian Immigration on November 2015. We just received a letter now from Canadian Immigration stating that they have not received my Father's medical result and that we have only 30 days to send the medical examination result or our case will be assessed based on current information.

Upon contacting Medical Examination Center today, they informed us that my father's medical result had already been submitted and its there in the software. I am confused, how could Canadian Immigration miss the medical result when its updated in the software? what could possibly go wrong? We had also posted our medical examination client receipt after the examination. What shall we do now?

Can he get a new medical done and sent?

No, actually medical is valid for a year and he still has like 7 months left before his medical is expired, and medical is conducted when requested from Canadian immigration, we cannot just go and get our medical done and send them as we wish. His medical record is still there in there software.
