I have submitted my application recently. Can you tell me if I will pass my medical

During my, Medical HBsAg came back as positive with 3970 S/CO.

I was shocked as it was an accidental detection and I am a healthy person.

Then they sent me to additional tests like LFT and then HBeAg, HBeAB, HBV viral load.

LFT, ATL, SGPT all came back normal (Well within the range)

HBeAg came back as negative

HBeAB came back as 0.01 (Reactive) (its reverse, ranges say <=1.00 reactive while >1.00 is non reactive)

HBV Viral load 432 IU/ML. The doctor said no treatment needed.

Doctor wrote a letter stating: AntiHBe +ve HBV infection
Low viral load (432 IU/ML)
No Clinical/Investigatory evidence of Liver disease

Hi guys,
I got my blood tested two months ago, where my hemoglobin level was 9.8.
During my Medical examination, I shared this with the doctor.
She has written the comment "9.8 hemoglobin 2 months ago".
Do you think this can create any issue in my PR application?

Hi!

New here. Just received an email informing me to have my medical exam. I'm quite worried because I don't know if having external hemorrhoids can cause problems in my medical exam. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi all,

I am worried of the steel rods placed in my two legs after a road accident that happened four years back.I don't have records of that surgery.I don't like keeping records so used to throw off.

My concern is whether to say this to doctor ?Will the doctor check our body unless I say about this ?I have scars in legs.If I remove the socks it would be visible.

Also, I think it will be a issue in Airports during body check if I travel with the rods.

So I am planning to remove the rods soon but it costs higher if I do it in hurry.Should I plan Medical Check after the rods are removed ?In this case I will have some records of surgery.

Hello:

My 2 daughters have Glycogen Stoarage Diseae (GSD) type 6 since 2010 (in Texas USA). Doctors in Texas found that for the older one in 2010 and so they tested my younger one while she was born in 2011. GSD 6 patients must eat in every 3-4 your some rich carbohydrate food. Uncooked corn starch is the best (medicine) food for them. They cannot eat sucrose and fructose. So, their sugar level will go down if they are fasting (i.e.they have hypoglycemia due to GSD 6). But, as long as they eat proper food like I mentioned above they can have a normal life. By the way, they can eat foods line protein, vegetable, fruit (moderate amont).

We had medical test on November 13, 2017 and I had to be honest with the doctor in Edmonton (Canada) regarding our health. My wife and I passed the medical exam. But, our panel physician got information regarding our daughters and the doctor want see our daughters again for follow up on Dec 2, 2017. I talked to the nurse and she told me that the doctor wants to discuss about their low sugar level information/history.

We have consulting with specialist regarding our daughters since they arrived in Canada in 2015. Last check up they had was in January 2017. I do not think that it cost more than $1000.00 (doctor check up fee and lab test). So, I think it cross the excessive medical limit. This disease (GSD 6) is not contagious.

Do have to worry about the follow up?

I think the doctor wants to know about how the previous doctor knew about GSD 6. I think I have to tell them about Texas doctor right?

Do I have to take all the doctor's report/lab results (from Texas, USA) along with me for the follow up visit?

Are we in trouble? I think that we are ok since the disease GSD 6 is contagious and it does not cost that much money (but I am worried).

Please provide some input/suggestions to prepare for the visit.

Thanks

Siddhartha

You will have to do a more in depth study of your heart. If there are no problems found it won’t be a problem. This sort of testing is common and painless.

What you experienced was a white coat hypertension. I have that too. I would be normal at home. When I reach doctor's office, my BP would be elevated crazy. As long as your ecg is normal without any anamolies, it won't be a problem.
