Today i have got medical request.

They had asked me to submit proof of medical test taken and passport photocopies.
please help me how to submit medical and other documents.

you have to visit panel physician to get your medical tests done. check the link below to select the panel physician based on your location. The test center will instruct you from there. once you have your test done, you will be issued a document confirming that you have taken Medical test update it.

I just got my medical records today (had the exam last week) and I passed everything!

my eye sight apparently is messed up lol she showed me some alphabet for ants and asked me to read them. what am I, a praying mantis? Those two lines were not for human eyes, i tell you that!

I received my MR on 05 Jan 16 and I did it just after the day. Ecase shown my medical received on 09 Jan 16.
As I saw the form or my friends received medical request with schedule 4 background update papers after few days get Rprf.
But I didn't get schedule 4 & Rprf. I am confused. Would you please help me.

Hello I have Done my mdecials at Ruby hall Pune which is an e-medical clinic , after the tests they gave me copy of IME 1017 form... Is this copy important ? I need to submit it some where ? hospital didn't tell me anything.... I have applied online for my work permit , CIC sent me this 1017 form which they stamped and returned to me...

Hello i applied for a sudent permit. Last march 5 i was requested to have a medical exam, so i set up with an appointment on march 14 but unfortunately i got a sore throat starting yesterday (march10) so im taking antibiotics right now will this affect my medical exam results?

Should i move my appointment to a later date?

I need help. Please.

Hi there,

I have ülseratif kolitis since 2002 and I have been in remission over 13 years. I have neither had any flare nor hospitalized so far. I am just on salofalk(mesalazin) 3 pils a day that's it! I have a very regular life like every healty person does. I was wondering if this would lead to any problem during my medical exam. If there is someone having any kind of experience/information to share, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

I had done my medical for work permit extension 6 months ago and now i have got a medical request for my PR. Can i use the same medical test (e-medical receipt) for my pr or do i have to do it again?

Sorry to say that but you cant use a Medical report which is more than 6 month ago.

I received my GCMC and the report is normal only security part have not finished. Would you let me know how long(approximately) take time and anyone who is suffering like me. Please share your experience.

I received my MR on 05 Jan 16 and I did it just after the day. ECAS shown my “medical received” (9 Jan 16.) As I saw the form or my friends received medical request with PCC request or background update papers after few days got RPRF.
But I didn't get PCC & RPRF. I raised GCMS and got the report. The report generated date 18th Feb’16. The report is very regular only security portion is hidden.
Usually people get the MR with background check request papers but I didn’t get with my MR even though after completed MR & passed 90 days. Anyone who is similar like me please share your experience.
I am totally confused would you please suggest me.
