To send proof of the medical? You can email a copy of the receipt to your VO.jailbird2569 said:Any advice on how to send it with UCI and App number?
I did inland, and I just received AOR, and I'd like to send the medical now (since I didn't do it before I mailed in my application). What email address do I send it to...?canuck_in_uk said:To send proof of the medical? You can email a copy of the receipt to your VO.
Go check the website.jailbird2569 said:I did inland, and I just received AOR, and I'd like to send the medical now (since I didn't do it before I mailed in my application). What email address do I send it to...?
You know, sometimes its okay to say "I don't know"canuck_in_uk said:Go check the website.
Of course I don't know Mississauga's email address off the top of my head, hence why I told you to go check the website.jailbird2569 said:You know, sometimes its okay to say "I don't know"
My bad I worded my question incorrectly, I replied that because you came off as dismissive and I wasn't expecting you to know the email address; I just didn't know exactly what VO's email to send it too.canuck_in_uk said:Of course I don't know Mississauga's email address off the top of my head, hence why I told you to go check the website.
Inland apps are processed in Mississauga, so it needs to be sent there. Emailing a copy will be fine. CIC just needs to see the information on it to be able to access your medical on the E-file system.jailbird2569 said:My bad I worded my question incorrectly, I replied that because you came off as dismissive and I wasn't expecting you to know the email address; I just didn't know exactly what VO's email to send it too.
So I don't need to send a hard copy of my medical proof? I'm asking because isn't a hard copy required if I had submitted it along with my application in the first place?
Ok thank you, you have been very helpful. I was combing through the website and couldn't find an email address though. I was only able to find this contact information for the CPC-M http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/mississauga.asp (no email address stated, even googled it). After asking around, others have said they send theirs electronically through case specific inquiry. What are your opinions on that?canuck_in_uk said:Inland apps are processed in Mississauga, so it needs to be sent there. Emailing a copy will be fine. If there is no listed email, then sending a CSE is fine.jailbird2569 said:Ok thank you, you have been very helpful. I was combing through the website and couldn't find an email address though. Also, I haven't gotten this question answered anywhere, but do you think me sending my proof having my medicals done will be in time for the OWP? (Sent app Dec 10/15, got AOR Jan 12/15, doing medicals tomorrow). I haven't been able to find anyone else on the larger threads who has a similar story.

It depends on whether the medical will be attached to both the PR app and the OWP app and if not, whether the officer processing the OWP app will look on the system to see if you've done a medical. If the OWP arrives with the medical restriction, then you would need to apply to change the conditions of your stay with proof of the medical; note that you would need to pay the fees again.
