Any advice on how to send it with UCI and App number?
To send proof of the medical? You can email a copy of the receipt to your VO.

I did inland, and I just received AOR, and I'd like to send the medical now (since I didn't do it before I mailed in my application). What email address do I send it to...?

You know, sometimes its okay to say "I don't know"
Of course I don't know Mississauga's email address off the top of my head, hence why I told you to go check the website.

My bad I worded my question incorrectly, I replied that because you came off as dismissive and I wasn't expecting you to know the email address; I just didn't know exactly what VO's email to send it too.

So I don't need to send a hard copy of my medical proof? I'm asking because isn't a hard copy required if I had submitted it along with my application in the first place?

Inland apps are processed in Mississauga, so it needs to be sent there. Emailing a copy will be fine. CIC just needs to see the information on it to be able to access your medical on the E-file system.

Ok thank you, you have been very helpful. I was combing through the website and couldn't find an email address though. I was only able to find this contact information for the CPC-M http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/mississauga.asp (no email address stated, even googled it). After asking around, others have said they send theirs electronically through case specific inquiry. What are your opinions on that?
Also, I haven't gotten this question answered anywhere, but do you think me sending my proof having my medicals done will be in time for the OWP? (Sent app Dec 10/15, got AOR Jan 12/15, doing medicals tomorrow). I haven't been able to find anyone else on the larger threads who has a similar story.

hello quick question for all:

My wife did the medical exam in Oct2015 but she didn't do the x-ray because she was pregnant which we notified CIC.
After giving birth in Nov2015 she did the x-ray in Dec2015 and was submitted via e-medical to CIC, CIC showed online that they received her medical results 2nd week of Dec2015.

So my question is:

Is my wife's medical exam good for 12 months until Oct2016 or Dec2016?

thank you!

If there is no listed email, then sending a CSE is fine.

It depends on whether the medical will be attached to both the PR app and the OWP app and if not, whether the officer processing the OWP app will look on the system to see if you've done a medical. If the OWP arrives with the medical restriction, then you would need to apply to change the conditions of your stay with proof of the medical; note that you would need to pay the fees again.

Shoot ok. I just have to hope the appropriate office get the medical in time. I already emailed the proof and have also sent it via post with my application number and UCI as an extra measure. Now to wait. Fingers crossed. Thank you for your help.
