Next problem with this: I did the exam and was told the papers would be sent from the doctor's office when the test results were in. But the letter from cic said I had to return that letter to them together with the form from the doctor (IMM 1017). I did get one paper from the doctor, that I was told to keep as proof.
Not sure what to do now... Just wait? Or send them the only paper I have proving that I've done the medicals, even if it isn't what cic asked for? I'm scared they'll yell at me if I try to call and ask, because it says you shouldn't unless the timeline for processing has already been exceeded.
