Medical Exam requirement - Super Visa

I applied for super visa for my mom and have got a request for medical exam. Am organizing that.
My question is that do we need to upload anything post medical. It mentions the repot will be sent directly to CIC.
Also we need to take photos for medical. Any specifications for the same?

Depends on where you take your medicals. Check with the clinic you have booked them to see what are their requirements, as they vary by clinic.
