Hi,

Ok so medical examinations are valid for one year. Now on the CIC page it says:

Medical Examination Instructions
Instructions on how to take the medical examination will normally be sent to you after you submit your application to the visa office.

I don't understand. Aren't we supposed to send in medical examinations, police clearances, etc. with the application?
I'd appreciate if someone can help me out!

Thanks

Sorry I also have another question!

I am sponsoring my wife but does her family who isn't coming along to Canada also need to get medical examinations and police certificates?

You are probably reading the wrong guide. Spousal applications require the medical to be taken prior to the submission of the application/sponsorship. Read the Document Checklist for the Visa office where your application will be processed. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp#region

No. And they don't need pictures either.
