Medical Exam Report being asked even after submission

I did my medical check on 17th Nov by the order of CIC, up until now the status online is "waiting for your medical information". :-\ :-\ :-\

I tried sending fax along with the case specific enquiry . No information yet.
Should I go for another medical check up as a last resort ?

Hi All ,

I had appeared for the medical check up before submitting my online application .
I had also uploaded the document proof provided by the hospital .
Today I received the message from CIC asking me to undergo medical check up .
I am confused what to do . Please help .
