Hi, my parents have request to do the medical exam 3 weeks ago.
After my mom finish the exam in Toronto and she went back to China.
However the doctor asked my mom go back to review something after she left. I told the doctor my mom has left Canada and can not come back. So the doctor said she would write online "the customer gone back to China" Then close the case.
Right now, my mom try to visit the doctor in China. But no one can iput any information to her file. They all said Toronto doctor still have the information on it. Nobody else can input anything.
And when I call back to the Toronto doctor, they said they have already input the info, so they can do nothing even when my mom come back.
I called the immigration office, no help as well.
So right now is no doctor can put any info to my mom's uci number. Please advise help! Thanks
