Hi Everybody

I really could use everybody's opinion. Me and my family have undergone our Medical Exam on December 22, 2009. Our Medical report has reached the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi on December 24, 2009. Am sure there is no problem in our medical exams. As of date my family application is still showing "In Process." Another family who had done medical along with us have already got their visa on January 30, 2010. Anybody have any clue as to how long would I have to wait. Its been 45 days since our medical. How much longer will it take.

Can anybody throw some light in this regard. :D

Re: Medical Completed on December 22, 2009.. awaiting Visa

Hi,

You may receive the PPR any time from now. Usually it can go upto 3 months in some cases. So, be patient and wait for their call (mail).

Good luck.

Thanks Wilson. Expecting to hear a favorable reply from the High Commission pretty soon. Definitely would like to see "Decision Made" in the site too. Is it possible to speed up your Visa if you send an e-mail stating the number of days lapsed coz its been more than 45 days for me now after my medical and still showing "In Progress" in the site.

Anybody, who can shed a light on this matter, please post your informations regarding this. Thanking all of you and wish all of you sucess in getting your Visas.

Well.. its start of a new week. Mondays are the days when the anxiety creeps in. Wish to hear a good news this week. Been waiting for my status to show "Decision Made" and my Visa stamped. Can anybody tell how long it took you guys to get your visa stamped from CHC, New Delhi. Everybody's opinion will be really helpful. Thanks everybody.

we are on same track ...hope for gud...

Dear Velbypaul,
From the mail chain, it looks like you are expecting visa to be stamped after medicals... there is a passport request step in between.

Or have you already sent passport to chc along with medicals?

cheers boltz
