If you have enough time you can go to New Delhi and get the errors corrected.. it may take time, possibly 1 week and consider your travel expense too... since you have no errors in visa you will not get any problem in transits.. you have to show your COPR after arriving in Canada only... you can kindly ask for correction at the Point Of Entry, I did too.

I am going to Edmonton VIA Vancouver with changing airlines. I have 4 hours in transit at Vancouver . I heard I need to finish all formalities of immigration at Vancouver. In this context should I need to collect my all baggage at Vancouver and bring it to domestic airlines by myself or I can collect my baggage at Edmonton Intl. airport, as my final destination is Edmonton.

i cannot give u suggestion and advise as i am in nepal, however i want to know, which airline and route are u taking for the flight and total air fare? please, it gives me idea to take ticket for me to come to edmonton.

If the price is similar, always choose Qatar airways, which is five star airline with all the best facilities. Long transit is quite boring and if the price is $300-400 difference you can check. Next thing, In many transit area there is possibility of losing baggage or may be sometime torn or broken down............,so do not see only price. I am advising since I have been working in airlines for more than half decade................
