McGill University VISA get rejected????!!!!

I am going to McGill in Sept 2016. I heard this from a lot of agents that going to McGill is risky since the student visas get rejected a lot for McGill, because McGill has a fight/fallout with the Embassy in India. Could this claim be true in any way.

Those agents/consultants are all liars. They say this so that you end up going to a college of their choice and they get a commission. Please ignore them

Hey guys, I need urgent help on this! If anybody has experienced this please let me know!

I applied for my Canadian Student Visa on 12th of Feb 2016, but I haven't heard from the embassy till date! They haven't even asked for my medicals yet! Why is the long delay? I applied through VAC, whenever I track my application it says " Processed passport has been forwarded to Canada visa office Islamabad on 12/2/16. It's been more than 3 months. Does long delay usually means negative answer?

I think mcgill is not one of the universities that your agency support, so they want u to change ur uni!

McGill is Canada 's one of the most reputed University, dont trust the agent, he/she would recommend you to go to college or TRU in BC.

We are n the same boat mine as well already took more than 3 months i applied on Fbruary 22, 2016 they just requested my medical on May 09, 2016.

yup i send email and case specific inquiry. anyways, where did you apply is it in Abu Dhabi dont worry Long delays would mean approval or rejection.

I applied through VAC IN PAKISTAN. The tracker says your processed passport has been forwarded to Canada visa office islamabad on 12/2/16

McGill is an excellent university. TRU has a low reputation.
