Hi,
I submitted my application on May 6th. Ecas shows as received and processing started. However the address on the application (unit number) is wrong. Status says documents were sent to my mailing address a month back. I never received it. What are my options now.

If you know the address is wrong, I'd fix it.

If you're just worried because you haven't received the documents -- I'm pretty sure they don't get sent until they start processing (despite what eCas says about when they were mailed).

Consider giving it a little longer (i.e. enough time to get to you, if they were mailed on the day they "started processing" your application).

Like some other people, I got an overnight teaser -- the eCas became active (but only showed the old PR app, not the citizenship one), then the next day, it was inactive again.

I'll get concerned if it doesn't go active again by the end of this month.
