Many late April folks have not seen their ecas update yet

Thanks. I'm beyond frustrated right now... my package is still showing "in transit" and it is at the sorting facility in Sydney. It's not even showing "out for delivery" so I can even get some hope. I called canada post in Sydney today, they put a priority on the ticket item for it to be resolved.

That was my 4th call since last week. I have filed a complaint with the Ombudsman... aghhh.

Well, it's not change anything, but for my job I send a lots of Xpresspost letter. Some of them stay in status "out for delivery"; but each time I've seen this problem the letter was delivered anyway same day of this status.

I guess it's the same for you. Hope you will get ecas updated quickly !

Many late April folks have not seen their ecas update yet

Well, just so we're clear, eCas hasn't shown anything about the Citizenship app yet for us. It's just that we can now log in to it again (and see that the PR application is "Complete").

Have those April folks seen their login ability change yet?

who is the late May applicant seeing progress in eCas? I don't see any of the May applicants reporting that they see an update in eCAS.

Being able to log into Ecas is a sign that application is being accepted and started processing

Nobody did. They only saw it for their PR app.

I am an early may applicant ... Nothing yet .. It was received on 7th may so by 7 th of July I expect sm action ... 60 to 62 days like I noticed in previous applicants

hi same here i submit my first application march 19, then after 3 weeks they returned due to incomplete application when i opened my package it was stamped received march 21 cpc sydney. And then i re submit my complete application on april 24 and received april 28 but until now i cant access my ecas ive tried everything even my immigration numberbut still. nothing even my PR application status. What did you use when logging to ecas?

I used Client ID # -- the same one as from your PR app.
