He is Non SDS and current processing time is 9 weeksBe patient for at least 4 weeks, Good Luck
dont drop in him with false hopes. Above all his visa office is Abu Dhabi 
Hello brother applied in Oct 23 2022 for Jan intake but I defer it to may 2023 under non SDS stream because I didn't received any response from IRCC, so brother if I'm not wrong it will take around about 90 to 120 days and as I heard that IRCC shift visa office back to Pakistan.
As I mentioned above on 23 Oct 2022 I filed my documents for study permit, bio matric on 24 and on 26 upfront medical passed. Yes I raised a webform when I received deferral letter along with updated offer letter from my college and in such case I received an email from IRCC where they confirmed that "we have received your documents and it will be available to visa officer".
Applied from Pakistan under non SDS stream. Paid GIC, one semester fee, bank statement etc
