I like to think it’s the time of year when all business slows down. Kids are on summer break, and most people are taking their holidays to enjoy the weather. Maybe some offices are down some staff right now because of that factor. Another factor I guess to the slowing pace, which is also probably based on quotas they’re asked to meet, which did shift some after the change of PM.

But the most important thing to remember is that, while the process may have slowed down a few weeks, the majority of us have already overcome the challenging phase, including the longer PR processing time. We will all be Canadian soon, perhaps just a few weeks later, but it is still very likely to happen. Patience is a virtue, so let’s be patient and just wait a moment and let it play out.

I agree, all we can do is wait. We’ve already done everything we could. Now it is upto the process and it’ll take it’s due time.

Were you able to see the test results getting reflected in the tracker ?

Yah I agree, a couple of months here or there is nothing compared to the PR process, particularly around Covid and the craziness. This will be a breeze. Its still exciting to follow day to day and it brings hope when someone else see's an update but yah overall the process is reasonably simple and straightforward.

Looks like this is a tracker update date today.
The actual test pass date for me is July 21.

Update in my signature for the admins filling out the spread sheet.

My citizenship fingerprint was done July 11th, a ghost update July 16 and nothing else since then. Every other thing is in progress except for the Citizenship test which is showing not started and citizenship ceremony not started. Is this normal? Is anyone else in the same boat as me.

My background check was updated today (August 13), but in the application history, it shows that the background check was completed on August 5th. I guess they are updating the tracker with some delay.

I also took the citizenship test on August 8, but that hasn't been updated it in the application tracker yet.

Citizenship ceremony wont change until everything else is listed as complete.

But based on how delayed the tracker is at updating - I really feel like most of us will get an email about the ceremony and check the tracker and all the things we've been watching for will be green with dates from weeks before that email arrived. Almost want to ignore it based on the delay on information loading in there.

Today being a fine example of a tracker update 20 days after is says the test was marked as complete.
