When did she apply n when she got refused

she applied in may 20 2024 got refuses june 14

hello guys my aunt applied visitor visa on may 20 her son whz pr got in car accident and in very critical condition we provided hospital letters and she previously had 2 vistor visas and been in canada multiple times and today we got letter of refusal on june14
1-i am not satisfied you will leave canada
2- The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application

can anyone help us why would they refuse it she never overstayed any of her stay . is it computer doing automatic refusals or it can be someother reason and what we can do now her son is in icu

I have the same timeline. I applied on 22 April and Biometrics were submitted on April 30. No update since then.

did you try to call them or any other way of contacting them?

Yes, I have called multiple times, they have no information whatsoever. They say they will send a message to VFS in India. But I have never received a proper response on phone or email.

so now all we have to do is just wait for update?
i did go to MP office yesterday here lets see if they can help me with this you should try it out too.

My wife’s passport reached IRCC Delhi OC on 6th June. How long does it take usually to stamp the visa and send it back these days?

Parents submitted their passport and the current status is "Your application, tracking ID No.XXXXXXXXXX has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2024/06/20"

I was wondering how long it typically takes to receive the passport back after it's been stamped?
For those who recently submitted their passport, can you please share your experience with receiving the passport back?
Knowing the turnaround time would be helpful.
