Submitted my parents' and my sister's applications on May 4th.
My mom's and sister's biometrics were done on May 14 and on IRCC portal I can see their biometrics number with the expiry date. But on tracker and that button section of the portal, it says we need your biometric which is weird. My father is exempted.
This what I see for them on the tracker for the rest of items.
Application: In progress.
Background check: in progress
Eligibility not started yet. (This is on tracker but on IRCC I can see that eligibility changed to We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements) the info is for all 3 of their application and it is the same.
It's weird that none of their trackers are updated properly and show different information. They also applied from Iran and processing time is 109 days currently.
Anyone knows how soon I can expect an update on their applications?

Webform to submit additional docs: May 28th 2024 and June 5th 2024 to submit additional docs that were missed earlier
Has anyone had a similar situation ? is the delay because of webform submissions ?
What can I do ?

Hi, I applied for my brother on May 26. He hasnt received UCI number or biometric request. Did your parents receive the UCI number ?
Just received passport request on all of the 3 applications at the same. Here is the timeline if you want to know.

They also applied from Iran and processing time is 109 days currently but we got passport request in 37 days.

If this helps anyone, I didn't show any proof of funds for my parents and my sister. I just showed my and my husband proof of funds. I mentioned that all their expenses will be covered by us.
Received Passport Submission letter today June 12.
So total number of days took is 34 working days
