Everyone in May is receiving p1 . I am still yet to receive it and my background has been completed for over 3 weeks now

Whats your application date, AOR, Medical Date and last update on the portal? P2 seems to be taking minimum one week now instead of next day or couple days after P1, so a delay in P1 after background completion is expected I guess.

What did IRCC tell you when you called? In my case, I called them and they confirmed P1 was sent out but I didn't get it. If they said you have to wait, then wait for now.

They told me to wait, it will come anytime before my copr document expires and it’s October.
