How long are they taking to process GCMS notes these days ? @pltr2021Are you in Vancouver office as well? When did you finish your test? What does GCMS notes say?
When we checked a month after completion of test, the LPP had not started yet. I have again applied for GCMS today.

Now only the decision is pending as citizenship ceremony alone shows as not started and rest is complete.

Congratulations!!Waiting for 2 months, no any sign of the coming ceremony, even to to now, the tracker still shows ceremony not start. But I got 2 emails about ceremony scheduled on 9 this month for me and my son today.

Any update?Same, I've just called IRCC. They've confirmed that Background and Test are completed, but LPP has not yet started, even though it says it is In Progress.
I've tried saying that the Prairies' office is slow compared to other provinces, but they got a little bit on the defensive side of things.

Wait game starts for LPP and Oath
ICES report is the CBSA database in which they verify your entry/exit records. Since you applied exactly with 1095 days, they are making sure the days are rightOrdered for ATIP notes few days back. Under "Application assignment" section, the application has been assigned to a certain officer (QWxxxxx) and the due date is 8-Oct-2024.
Further to this, the latest notes (NOTES 1 created on 11-Sep-2024) on the file say "Pending ICES report".
Keeping my fingers crossed that I receive some update this week.

Our LPP finally completed on Oct 3rd, marked as completed on Oct 5th, and today we received invite for Oath ceremony on 15th Oct. The online portal says:
You've been scheduled to attend your citizenship ceremony on October 15, 2024.
