Test, FP and Oath details come in email. All other things you have to check on tracker. No emails come for them.

The portal is updated for the citizenship oath on 30-July, update date 15-July. I am yet to receive the email from IRCC.
This was the first update since the LPP update on 5-July.
Status in the portal is in progress for the overall application.

Yes it is. I have the same address and I was suggested that it's Niagara Falls processing center.
