Randomly: may 03, 09, 15 - all get Bio letter - so it also depends on which clerk is more efficient and faster. avg. time currently noticed 30-40 days for AOR - as trailing..

ITA 12 March (original was January 10th but I declined)
AOR 11 May (final date to submit was May 12th)
BIL - as of June 15th, no update whatsoever....
I can't check my status in the app tracker and UCI is still in CAN000 format.....dunno what to do and how to contact IRCC on this matter....

I am actually the same, I do not think we need to do anything at this point, just wait.

Not really; CIO has different set of people handling categories of file. each has their targets and it is a not a set rule tht each day and each one will do exact numbers. its a mix.
for now it is about 60 days or so for aor - cumulatively - few get it early few later..
For real, with no updates here, it’s almost as if no one on this thread has received bil meanwhile they have started issuing BILs to FSW June AORs
I received a water BIL and an electricity BIL, but neither is the BIL I was hoping for.....
