Hey Everyone

I applied for my parents trv using Gckey. Submitted on May 8. Got the biometrics done after two days but there has been no update since then.

Has anyone else applied through gckey?

Im starting to worry now. Maybe I should've used the new portal instead

Sorry to hear about your Sis' rejection hopefully they have provided a reason that could be worked upon when you apply the next time.

I have a follow-up question cause am a bit nervous having gotten rejected twice the Super Visa for my parents. You mentioned that your Sis' rejection came on 31st May and the eligibility started on 23rd May. Do you happen to know when did the eligibility moved to completed.
For my parnets TRV, the eligibility started on 29th May and on 6th June, morning it moved to completed. So far the past 36 hours, the anticipation has been a bit overwhelming

Submitted mine through new portal on May 16, no update since then.

I think every case is different, we should consider the time processing given by CIC from which country tht we applied. For instant, mine is 12 days.

Hi there, congratulations. That's great news . I have a question, sorry for my ignorance, what is "can+"?

If you have US valid visa then application is qualified for can+ program and supposed to be processed faster But looks like timelines r similar for normal ones as well

Thank you for your response. Much appreciated. It is hard to draw a pattern but to me it looks like depending more on the agent who picks up the file and less on the file itself.

Yeah currently processing time shows as 32 days. Earlier it was 16
