Wow. Does the screen show the dates when docs turn true as well?
Would be really grateful if you can post a screen shot of yours - on google sheets perhaps? Ofcourse delete/hide your application specific details. But would be really great to understand how to read/interpret those coding lines. Was trying to help someone and read mine...couldn't understand a thing. Grateful if you can help:

What does turn true? isComplete or documentApproved? all of the docs or only some of them
