I m actually not sure about how sponsorship application works but when I was applying for my PR , eligibility got updated the day passport was stamped

has you background check completed or in progress

the background check does say in progress

no we haven't, it was expired so were waiting on the new one to come and then send it

SA approval (August 4)
Biometrics Fee Request (August 3)
Biometrics Request (August 21)

My husband's biometrics appointment is not until September 12, so I am not expecting anything else until way after that.

Got SA approval in the mail today ( as a letter and not an email even though my application was online) dated August 2nd. We are still waiting for medicals (have previous biometrics from Trv application, hopefully they don’t request a new one). Application sent to Vienna for further processing.

I thought @porkfloss is the first in the May group to get Pre-arrival..and if memory serves right, s/he got the AOR first as well.
