CSC - Called IRCC: 25 October 2023 - Followed up on portal 1 email. Agent informed me that Montreal IRCC will finalize my PR and have sent an email on 20 October 2023 which I didn't receive. Agent sent a request to Montreal IRCC to resend the portal 1 email.
CSC - Called IRCC: 27 October 2023 - Followed up again on portal 1 email. Agent send a test email to confirm if I am receiving emails from cic.gc.ca - which I did received while on call with the agent. Agent advised to be patient as Montreal IRCC is a bit busy at the moment.

@Badge1 I also have the same update on October 19 but did not get any invite as of now. Did you call IRCC through the CSC contact number 1-888-242-2100 or is there any alternative route to contact them ?

@rage Yes, I did call IRCC CSC at 1-888-242-2100 From 8am to 4pm local time. I called them at 7:59am - waiting time was around 15mins. The 2nd time I called them was around 1:45pm and there was no waiting time - transferred directly to an agent. You can also do webform. I just prefer to talk to an agent as it is faster.

Hello everyone
I tried to login to the pr tracker as usual earlier today but it keep saying “We’re experiencing a technical difficulty.
We’re working to fix this as soon as possible. Try refreshing the page or come back later.
Has anybody come across similar issue?

What do you guys think?
I got copr on the 10th of this month, do I have to keep waiting for portal 1 or I should call ircc?
