No, not yet. This only means that both PA and Sponsor are deemed eligible.

There will be another email that'll confirm your PR application approval.

In my own case, I have received AIP but sponsor hasn't received SA letter, and it says eligibility completed on the tracker, but BGC still in progress. med and BIL completed as well. Are there cases of people not receiving SA but getting COPR still?

Anyone knows how to link the application to GC key account. Tried with application number and UCI. No luck so far. Any help would appreciated. Thanks

In number of applicants try to put one extra applicant. For example if it is only 1 PA, put 2.

Mine had issues connecting as well. I put 2 as # of applicants in this application( 1 PA + 1 Sponsor ), Earlier I was doing it with 1 and I was getting error.

I applied from canada but moved to India due to a family emergency hence the PPR.
file was being processed in cpc mississauga then PPR came from ndvo
