No :/ When I called them last week the file was still with Sydney.

That's what they told me. Then I emailed the office from which I got test on Monday (Niagara). All these months they never replied but for the first time they did. It does sound like local office has the file. The customer service probably either doesn't know or won't disclose all the information.

Interesting, what did you email them? Perhaps I can try that too.

Just received an email with instructions on how to download citizenship certificate. Checked the tracker, nothing updated there for oath, last update was LPP completed on February 20. Are we supposed to get another email for Oath ceremony?

Thank you again for sharing the details. This gives me hope as mine is also online application, 2 adults and submitted on May 27, 2023. My offices are also same as yours. Hope to see some movement in next few weeks.

So finally got the e-certifcate today and the citizenship process is done...The best part, I will not have to deal with IRCC anymore..Citizenship application process makes you so anxious as you can be ghosted at any step and there is absolutely no recourse available.

So I applied for gcms notes and one thing I found on it was this:
PLS VERIFY PHYSICAL PRESENCE AS CLIENT DATE AND DATE ON APP FOR PR ARE OFF

I used the date mentioned on my coPR as my PR date. Nothing else is mentioned around it. Did anyone else ever had this? What should I do?
