I think the issue is the number of days you have spent in Canada as a PR. Because the rule to becoming a citizen is to have spent 3 years out of the 5 yrs PR eligibility. So even if you have been in Canada as a worker for 4 years before you became a PR, it does not count towards your eligibility. Your eligibility starts from your PR date and you must complete 3 years. Which means by October 2023, you can apply. I think the email you are receiving is a generic email. The reason why the system let you proceed at the physical presence calculator is because you included your presence since 2019 which is over the required time frame. But when the processing officer is verifying your physical presence, they will count if from when you became a PR. I hope this is clear. But to verify, call IRCC. But this is the only reasonable reason I can think of.To be clear. I answered the section for activity within the last five years, I even make it six years. Beside, I cannot submit the online application twice if I did mistake on the activity history within the last five year.
This has nothing to do with the activity. their issue is they cannot verify my status in Canada prior to becoming PR. which is very strange.
Yes, I submitted my confirmation of submission also a letter from IRCC edmonton, confirming that they transferred my file to Etobicoke before. I also included detailed letter of explanation to my second application. However, didnt help.
Luckily, I obtained my travel history from CBSA this week, I will send this document to them. CBSA stated in their letter "after a thorough search in our database, the "applicant" has no record on file"?
Hopefully this works. If not, I have no more information to add on, I will probably just wait until I het 1095 through my PR status in Canada.
Thanks everyone for your insights.

They give half credit for time as a temporary worker for up to a years worth of credit. So he’ll have approximately 5.5m worth of presence prior to PR.I think the issue is the number of days you have spent in Canada as a PR. Which makes him short as when he applied first time he barely passed two years. They give half credit for time as a temporary worker for up to a years worth of credit. So he’ll have approximately 5.5m worth of presence prior to PR.
You are wrong in calculation. The calculation has nothing to do why they returned it. They said they cannot verify my status while on WP. I have over 1095 days when I applied in Canada. I am granted PR October on 2020 applied citizenship April 2023, I have accumulated almost 200 days being on WP. Which in grand total gave me over 1095 days. Again this has nothing to do in days of physical presence. I am also unable to submit my citizenship application twice online if the system does not calculate my physical presence in Canada right.Which makes him short as when he applied first time he barely passed two years.

You will get 365 days before pr ( study or work permit=(0.5*730)Every day on work permit counts as 0.5 days so to get 200 days towards your residency you need to have been on a work permit for 400 days. Were you?
365 days as WP = 164.5Every day on work permit counts as 0.5 days so to get 200 days towards your residency you need to have been on a work permit for 400 days. Were you?
I mentioned this in another thread, but did you submit proof (WP copy) for all your dates covering your eligibility period with no gaps?365 days as WP = 164.5
PR count as = 947
Grand Total = 1,111.5
This is my calculation on MAY 9 when I submitted my application the second time.
I hope you get the point now.
I *know* that. I used days pre PR to add up to the total 1095. Or rather 1120 as I hung on for a couple of weeks before I applied. You will get 365 days before pr ( study or work permit=(0.5*730)
2 years after pr =(365+365)
In total you need 1095 days in canada
