IRCC asked me for passport scans in January and I have submitted it. And I have confirmation from IRCC that they received it. Weird that I received an email today ask me to send passport copies lol. Are they slacking?

This also happened to me today - I have an interview scheduled with Scarborough for June 16th but today Mississauga asked me for passport scans (even though I sent them to Scarborough in December of last year) - who knows what is going on?

I have an interview scheduled with Scarborough for June 9th but today Mississauga scheduling email asked me for passport scans (even though I sent them to Scarborough in January in response to a request received in the test invite letter)!

same situation! The agent told me my processing office is MIS but I received an interview request from SCR few days later. Now I got the passport request from MIS again. Its so confusing.

It is indeed, I am thinking that the scheduling office (in my case MISS since I receive the latest pass request from them) is moving on to scheduling the oath ceremony in parallel yet independent of the interviewing office.

Yes so I called again and the agent told me both office is processing my application now, I am afraid that this is going to take double the time rather than half

I am no longer overly anxious, figures solidly show an oath invitation is imminent within a month since the interview.
We may be sitting the ceremony by upcoming Canada day (if they are held on Canada day).

@Merna did you finally get a response from the Vancouver office? Have you been rescheduled?

On Wednesday a week after my ceremony, I got an automated email to say my file
Was Updated…but nothing visible yet on my end. So
I’m not sure if it was to acknowledge my emails to them. The automated reply to the ceremony email provided in the invite say a
Reply with be added via your file within 3 working days (nope!)
