Hey Guys! any one from Montreal's office here?
Things seem to be stuck for a while now...

Location: Montreal
Method: Online
Applicants: Single
AOR:May 3, 2022
Citizenship test completed: Dec 9th 2022 (invited Nov. 8, 2023)
Fingerprints requested: Match 1, 2023
Fingerprint were delivered: March 14, 2023 (never received a confirmation from IRCC that they've been received - only courier service says "delivered")
LPP completed: in progress (until now)

last profile "ghost" update was April 15, 2023.... until now everything is "in progress" on test is marked completed.
Any similar case here?

My oath is scheduled in a just a month from now, and my family would like to be prepared to come with me, if it is in person.

On the tracker it states the following.

1) Take the Oath of Citizenship

You've been scheduled to attend your citizenship ceremony on May 18, 2023.

2) Scheduled for Citizenship oath

I was due to be at this ceremony. I was waiting to be let in. please wait for host to let you join.... ..then the host removed me 2 mins after the start time. I was unable to re-gain access, 'the host has removed you from this meeting' message for the next 45 mins until I gave up. At the same time, I was unable to get any immediate help outside of that general email/webform. I called the support number which is a general IRCC and it hung up on me eventually saying 'no available agents to assist you'. Did anyone else have technical issues?! They actually resent the original zoom link last minute this morning due to a technical error. Took time off work and have travel booked for July (booked before this, dad is 80 overseas). So frustrating/disappointing. If you are going to cut in person ceremonies (covid is officially over) at least sort out your zoom issues/technical support.....I work with Zoom daily. I would've expected this outcome from my elderly parents not me!

Maybe a dumb question, but how do you guys see which office your application is being processed? I don't see any office on my account.

in the email subject when you receive the invitation to take the citizenship test.

IRCC asked me for passport scans in January and I have submitted it. And I have confirmation from IRCC that they received it. Weird that I received an email today ask me to send passport copies lol. Are they slacking?
