Thanks. I did send a translation of the stamps in my initial application. So the document is dated May 2022. My question is since they have requested the same document, should I renew the notary stamp to the current date? (There is no new stamp on my passport since May).
took the test on 15 Jan.
Status for citizenship test greened to completed on 19 Jan.
Document update requested sent on Jan 20 to SCR email address.

Question about minor's application status. We are family of three family paper app. Me and wife have decision made and all complete except oath on Jan 11 (see above). But our kid's status is still showing IP for language, BG, Physical, Prohibitions... Is this normal? Wonder what others have seen on their minors' application statuses?

Hi, I got my interview done last week. Today i see the ecas status as Decision made. But no changes in CIC tracker as still all are pending except Background and citizenship test in completed status. Have you guys gone through this and know when i can expect update in CIC tracker

Hopefully nothing to worry as i believe they called for interview as i had taken my test outside. So may be they want to see whether i amvback and also kind of verification of updated passport due to our travel outside Canada. And also asked how many times i travelled outside canada during the given period and they also verified the same in Passport. Also asked two piece of ID cards in the interview. Also asked about my employment that where i am working. Thats it and its very short. But each application is different, so not sure what they are asking for others.
Same thing, I have done my interview just today. it was about ID verification and travel, that's it. and she told me that now your application is complete , wait for the oath letter 2-4 month from now.

quick question, how were you able to scan all pages of your passport but limit the size to 5mb?

Hi folks,

My application is received in May 2022.
I was invited for test in July 2022 and took my test in August 2022. The tracking shows I completed the test in august, but no news since then. Any idea? I tried the webform but no news. Any idea what is the longest wait time for oath after the test?

Thanks,

Here are some ideas
PDF format
 Recreate the PDF using the “lowest file size” option available.
 If you have images, save them with a resolution of 96 DPI (dots per inch).
 Remove all unnecessary images.
You may find file size and image options under the advanced settings section of the software you are
using.
JPG format
 Scan your document at a lower resolution (96 DPI).
 Remove all empty space around the image.
 Shrink the image.
 Reduce the JPG image quality.
TIFF and PNG format
 Scan your document at a lower resolution (96 DPI).
 Crop the image to remove any empty space around it.
 Shrink the image.
 Save the file in JPG format instead.
DOC and DOCX format
 Remove unnecessary images, formatting and macros.
 Save the file as a recent Word version.
 Reduce the file size of the images before they are added to the document.
 If it is still too large, save the file as a PDF.
