I became a Canadian citizen a long time ago, but my mother applied in May, 2022

Location: Markham
Physical Days: 1792
Method: Online
Applicants: Single, 1 applicant
Application sent: May 15, 2022
Delivered: May 20, 2022 (Acknowledgement of Receipt)

She is over 55 and is exempt from English language and knowledge requirements. I was the one who filled out the application and I named myself as the representative for this application.

Hi Everyone,
My online tracker account is showing that They requested my Biometrics on December 20th,2022. But I didn’t receive any email regarding it. I called IRCC they said it could be a glitch on their side. They did put a note on my file about it and sent it to the office handling my file which is Vancouver( I’m based out of Toronto) idk why. They told me to wait for the response back. But my question is can I do my fingerprints as upfront fingerprints and send it to IRCC. If I can, what address do I send it to?

Do as you were told. Don't complicate your application by doing something else.

Unfortunately, you'll need the FP request letter to complete the finger print process at a local police station or at the RCMP or at an RCMP accrédité agence. You'll need the information provided by Vancouver IRCC in the letter to send the FP results
Call them back if you don't receive the letter in a day or two
