June 2021 sponsorship approval
July 2021 medicals
Nov 2021 file transferred to Accra Visa Office
We’re slowly coming up to our 12 month mark and still haven’t heard anything. Called the IRCC today and they say because the app is now in Ghana we need to do all correspondence thru the AVO. But I’m not sure how frequent their communication is. Doesn’t sound so great according to what I’ve read on these forums. We’re patiently waiting for husband to get the notification to drop off his passport or maybe do to the interview (if necessary)

That’s what I’m worried about. Everywhere I read no one has anything good to say about them. I wish there was some way to speed things up. If we surpass the 12 month point, since that’s what the Can gov says is the processing time on the website.
