I was asking how can I know what is my office. I never got any emails inviting me to do the test.
I just kept checking their website and saw there that I was supposed to take the test.

Is there a number I can call or something like that?

I would double-check my spam folder and also add @cic.gc.ca as a trusted sender for the future. Depending on the email service you use, there are different steps you'd need to follow to do this.

Did you receive your AOR email from CIC or did you miss that too (I would think you received it, since you would have needed information in that email to set up your online tracker).

AOR comes from Sydney ... you'll get to know your office when you receive your test invite ( in the email address there would a three letter abbreviation )

Yeah I got the AOR email and the test result email. @CIC is marked as important, so it for sure didn't end up on my spam folder.
