What does it mean to get a ghost update while i’m waiting for “desicion made” step (test and background completed months ago
Here is my update for those folks that need to know about fingerprint process time:
30 Dec. 2021: Request for fingerprint from Montreal Office
31 Dec. 2021: I ordered two fingerprints at the same time. Note: two fingerprints done at the same time in Edmonton Local Police with two different tracking numbers, and they also got my fingerprints twice. This was their suggestion for me to know when or if Montreal received IRCC mail. Or, maybe they wanted an extra $15.
20 Jan. 2022: I received my fingerprint copy at my mail box (in Edmonton) which is mailed from RCMP in Ottawa. I assume Montreal office also received their copy from RCMP Ottawa today.
A total of 13 working days for IRCC process including mailing time.

Yes I'm in AB and my email also said EST. Haven't taken the test yet, hoping for later today!!
Can you check that you can sign in at the first link?
I sent an email and they said technical errors, try again tomorrow.
Just tried, It says I can't take the test right now. Are you having the same problem???
I have same invitation time and I am unable to siGn in as well.

Yep, I took the test on Dec 18. Tracker was updated on Dec 21 and citizenship test was marked completed.

Doesn't work. Only got the email.
They told me they're aware there's a technical problem; try tomorrow. Seems generic.

No luck. I emailed them and this is exactly what I was told:
"Due to technical difficulties please try again – the invitation states EST however the Event is scheduled PST."
My reply: "Yes I thought so too, but unfortunately I am still not able to access it. I will give it another day and let you know. "
Their second reply: "Yes please do. I appreciate your communication with this. Also, try clearing your Cache too, under your history tab just to be sure."
Tried clearing the cache- didn't work.
Tried using safari on my ipad rather than chrome on my laptop - didn't work.
Next guess- maybe it is 21st rather than 20th?
Final guess- maybe it is 12:00 AM PST on the 21st... will keep you updated!
Hope you're right. My theory is that since it's not showing on the online tracker the test system doesn't know we're eligible to take the test.
