They just cut the call if no representative is available. Did you try multiple times till you finally got someone to talk to?

UPDATE: Called a second time, wait was approx 40 minutes, but it was quick to get the address updated. Representative said it should take about 2 days for the change to go through. Not sure how to confirm once it does, maybe it shows in the citizenship app PDF we can download.
called more than a few time, it was a pain and frustrating - the full IRCC experience. Congrats on getting the change done.
Had a look at my application online but it seems to still have my old address so not sure how to get a confirmation of the change other than believing the lady I spoke with

What number do you call?

I got my aor august 31, and just 10days ago received my test invite. So you guys aren’t very far off and hopefully should get an update soon. However don’t hold me to that because it’s a haywire of a process and there’s no definite timeline, all varies on type of your application and your office.

All the best

Agreed that there are too many variables - the type of application, number of applicants, applicants' travel history, situation in country of origin, the ease of verifying documents such as police certificate, language proficiency etc. and many more!

And while the wait to receive notifications, AOR, test invite, oath ceremony etc. can seem unending sometimes, the important thing to keep in mind is that we have come very far in our immigration journey. I'd rather be waiting for citizenship while staying in Canada than for my PR while being in my home country (that wait felt far more torturous than this one!).

Good luck to all of us - our Canadian citizenship is just round the corner!

Please update the sheet:
Online Application

AOR: Sept 2, 2021

Does any know when should I expect citizenship test window ?

I just checked both ECAS and the Application Status Tracker.
The Citizenship Application Status changed to Decision Made in ECAS. Clicking on the status doesn't show any line updates after the one for test notification. Received no emails either.
There are no updates in App Tracker either. Last update was 20 days ago for test completion.
Hopefully it is just the transition time between the status changes. Fingers crossed.
