May be because he asked multiple times to update his status on the sheet (tracker) but no one seems to be doing it. I am not sure who is taking care of May'21 sheet.

Now that is a possibility but I do hope that is not the case. I do see that someone updated his test information in remarks section and not under invite received date (I believe I made that update) because he hadn't received the email at that point and the update was only seen in the tracker.

There are a few users in May 2021, including myself, who update the sheet however it is all voluntary. Every user can actually request the edit permissions and do it themselves.

Sorry, I did not meant it to be complaint. Yes, I am aware that is voluntary but also I don't know how one gets permissions.

Totally agree. Everyone should request edit permission and update themselves. That's what I do.

Just go to the tracker sheet (link below) and there should be an option to request edit permission.

Yes, you can. When you get the test invite email, it will contain an email address to contact. Send that id an email with subject including "Outside Canada" and inside email provide your info - application id, situation etc. I have herd that they will reply back and confirm that you can take test rom outside.

For those who are trying to get their contact details changed, I was able to get IRCC on the phone today (after several days of trying) and they changed it for me. Gave no other info whatsoever. I had previously sent in a Webform about 12 weeks ago and another 6 weeks ago.
