I received the below email today but the Ecas account still shows 'Application Received', does it mean my application is in progress or will it be called in progress when the Ecas account suggests so?

I received the same Email today my status is also showing application received.

Did you copy/paste the exact UCI as you received on the AOR letter you should have received recently?
It says the same for everyone after we get AOR. Check here what the status says: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do
yes please, this is same for everyone unless it says in process and not application received.
