Hi! My ceremony is on 15th Jun 2022. How did you receive your citizenship certificate? Is it on email or physically delivered in email.

It’s delivered by mail (Physical). During the ceremony, an officer will ask you to confirm your mailing address. Post the ceremony, you have to email them your signed oath. You can also confirm your mailing address in the email.

we filed my wife's application on May 31st 2021.

AOR Sep 9 2021
Processing started on Oct 15 2021.

After that there are no updates... is it normal and anyone in same boat?

Some offices are seriously slow. My husband and I have AOR on 2 August, processing started in September. We passed the test a month ago still says Not Started for the test (and Oath of course), everything else is In Progress. They even haven't updated my mailing address despite my update, it has been over 2 months.

I have not received the email yet though. Previously I received all communications just fine, nothing ever went to junk.

Two questions:

1. when should I start worrying about the lost email?
2. what's the Oath format these days? Is it virtual on Zoom or in-person?

I think the oath email comes in a few days/weeks before the actual date - from what I've read here.
