Just for tracking on the sheet - do you know when your status changed to In Progress in ECAS?

No, I only checked the status when I got an email from IRCC about invitation for Test and that's when I checked in the online tracker provided by IRCC about what is the status.

our application progress are more or less similar with dates a couple of days here and there.

I recently submitted a change of address webform using the online tool. However, I haven’t seen any change in my address on my application. If it helps, I moved from one address to another within the same city and province.

It took mine almost a month and half to change the address so be patient it will change but it will take time

Two April online applicants on the tracker have already received their test invites. I'm hoping many of us would have ours before Christmas (wild assumption - no basis but the speed of online application execution across different months).

Hopefully they get to us before Christmas and give us some good news ahead of the holidays.

I filtered the file's March tab to online applicants only
26 people from different parts of the country have received test invites mid to late Oct. Of these people AORs were received 2nd - 3rd week of Aug.
If we look for a trend from date of application, May online applicants may be in for a 6-8 week wait before hearing on next steps. However, if we use the AOR date as a benchmark that could be sooner. Either way, Xmas / Jan seems plausible.
All that being said, this process has been as predictable as Canadian weather and these data points could mean nothing as well

Under my tracker, it's say In progress on language, background check, physical presence usually do they update from In progress to completed all at once or as and when they finished?

Hi All,

I have this situation and request you guys to kindly clarify please. My application was received on 26th May 2021, with AOR on 3rd September 2021. I got a ghost update on 12th October 2021 on the new tracker. On 13th October 2021 my ecas citizenship application status turned to "In Process". On clicking to read the detailed status, I can see the following:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on May 26, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on September 3, 2021.

I have not received the next line item which says that " We started processing your application on DD/MM/YYYY". Is this usual or what should I interpret out of it? Has my application gone to In Process?

Further for my dependent children who I have attached along with my citizenship application their status is still at "Application Received" and has not moved to "In Process"

Hi, it is on ECAS. When you login you should see the In Process a hyperlink. When you click on the In Process it will show you the information you're looking for.

Hello, my application status tracker online shows that my citizenship status is in progress. The test window is 10/22/2021 - 11/11/2021. However, I haven't received an invitation email. Is this normal or should I contact them? I am not physically in Canada at the moment. My local office is Windsor.
