I have a strange situation. I had received FXXX application number on November Friday 13 o_O.
But i have never been able to Link my application. When i tried, the application got shown, but never linked. After that i waited for few days and try back and no luck.
The message i see is the application is already linked to my account. but there is nothing. I had raised technical issue query with cic and 2 weeks after i received utter BS this morning which were the standard help questions for why my application cannot be found or attached. No ticket number for the issue and from the help if that did work again use the FORM to report the issue.

Any one experience this issue, any suggestions?
I am applications sponsor and representative. There is no reason for the system not linking my application.

I have updated my signature now. Application arrived May 11th, 2020
It is a very good thing ppl here won't ask you timeline again and again..+ you can look at it while phoning etc
 
Hi. I have one more doubt. Do we have to give same email address for biometrics appointment as mentioned in file or we can give any email address?
NO way , any email will do the trick. They have nothing to do what you wrote in ircc file , they are private contractors to do pics, bim, pppt
 
Can any one please tell me in the web form what application number is required? is it the application number on the BIL? my mother`s application number starts with V which is mentioned on the BIL on top righthand side.

On that webform U write F000 file no. It worked for us , I agree it' confusing part

Jas I had similar issues but when we got AOR1 without X file starts with F0000xxxxx it finally worked. Also by chance or something it worked in IE11 chrome did not work to link for me.

You mean instead of Vxxxxxxxxx (which is the application number for my mother`s app) I write F000xxxxxxxxx ??? I do not even know if my mother`s file is under Family class priority application? when I try it with Vxxxxxxxxx it comes up as following message

@Phalos I have BAD news today an email came in from CPC Ottawa;-
Your application has been transferred to a visa office outside Canada for further review of your eligibility and admissibility for a permanent resident visa.

I guess you have outland application right? If no then probably transferring the file within inland spouse take little more time than regular process.
