Ottawa doesn’t send an email. Aor2 is when you get the second line on ecas stating “We started processing xxxxx xxxxx’s application on _________ __, 2021”

I have been waiting in the "application Received" status since more than a month now for CPC-Ottawa. No email, no info on the tracking website.
