My status changed two weeks ago and I got the email last Friday with the invite and link. Oath is at 8:30am.
Edit: this email address is for the Scarborough office though. I’m not sure which processing office you’re at.

Mine is mississauga office and they hvnt responded in over 24 hrs. I send to this email and they responded in an hr that this is fwded to mississauga office.

Let me hope we get this sorted by morning.

Thats right, i got nothing. In Jan this year, i got a hold of a CIC agent and they told me to wait. But i see 2021 people getting it and i have had no luck getting a hold of CIC again. When i dial in and put my UCI number it says its wrong... like wth

i do want to email my MP this weekend because i will be reaching 2 years in May and thats insane. Plus my PR expires April 2023 and i do not want to pay to extend it.

All of us in this group has the same time. Ours was received on 1st May 2020. We have oath on Saturday but no email yet and no response to the follow ups.

It looks like a lot of us May 2020 folks are getting their Oaths (congratulations). I have heard nothing - do you think it might be because I am an Ottawa applicant?

May applicant here as well... from the time sink office in Hamilton IRCC. Heard nothing since Feb 2021 - not even test invite. And now the website says 27 months processing time...

Hi All, new update this morning, my wife's oath has been scheduled for April 25th !

So a couple things to note. WE spent months (since she took her test on June 2021) without updated. Finally about 40 days ago I emailed both IRCC and the calgary office asking what's going on. Nobody responded to me, but within a week all changed to completed.

THis Monday I emailed both our MP and calgary office again asking hey just give me the oath date. CAlgary office just responded a generic email saying it's all on the queue stop bugging us. Now I got the oath date.

I have no idea if all was a coincidence, but both times the updates happened about a week after I bugged them.

Hi All, new update this morning, my wife's oath has been scheduled for April 25th !

I would say the emails do have some sort of pull in them - the ball seems to be rolling for us as well, just after 2 weeks from sending people emails and bugging them.

My MP got back to me saying IRCC told them current processing time is 27 months. So unless there is a reason for urgent processing keep waiting and ask us again in September if it’s not done by then.

Long time lurker here... Finally got my oath ceremony invite today April 5th, almost 2 years waiting.

Here are the details:

Application Received: May 24th, 2020
AOR: Oct 1st, 2021
Fingerprints Required: Apr 27, 2021
Fingerprints Received: June 6, 2021
BG Completed: June 7, 2021
Test invite: Oct 14th, 2021
Test Completed: Nov 2nd, 2021
Physical Presence: Feb 1, 2022
Prohibition: Feb 1, 2022
Language skills: Feb 1, 2022
Oath Ceremony invite: Apr 5th, 2022


I would like to add that I emailed my local office(Ottawa) 4 weeks ago asking for status and if I should renew my PR card, they got back to me last week that they would be scheduling the oath ceremony for me soon. Not sure if that had anything to do with the invitation, but in case someone wants to try that approach.
