Is anyone else having problems logging into their online account today? I’m getting an error that says ‘Error 202: Bad Gateway’. Both on my phone and my laptop. Not sure if it’s just me, or an issue with the site?

@legalfalcon - While I am CEC applicant and waiting for COPR, If I have to leave Canada for some time, what is the process I would have to follow?
I may have travel out of Canada for 2 months. My AOR is from May 8th 2020.
Would me PR application then go on hold until I am back?

The application will not go on hold if you leave the country as mentioned above however if you are moving out of the country for more than 182 days you have to update IRCC with new address information.

AOR May 25th, CEC inland - I just spoke with IRCC for an update and the agent said that nobody has touched my application since my eligibility was recommended pass in August. 5 months of it just sitting there! I think it’s going to be an extremely long wait for me

My CIC account shows my application was approved on Nov 27th, 2020 and when I got a GCMS note issued on Dec 12th, 2020, it says, I was landed and became a PR at Etobicoke IRCC office. However, I still haven't received a CoPR.

Tried to reach out to the agent both on the phone and by online webform but they kept saying they have already left a note to the officer and I just need to wait for the update.

On their system, I already became the PR but there is no proof letter provided. lol WT..F?

Same. I got an eligibility pass recommendation in August, and no update since then. My guess is that someone quit their job and they didn't re-assign the files and just waited until a replacement was hired to take over those files months later lol

I am unable to login to my account since yesterday. Every time I tried signing in, it would take me to the welcome page, then when I click on the continue button it would redirect me to the canada.ca homepage! Anyone else facing this issue?
