So exciting for everyone! I feel like this must help almost all cec applicants right? As most people apply for PR as soon as they're eligible, I'm assuming.

another reason why I'm kicking myself for being such a procrastinator I feel like I might be the only person left in the GTA that would need to go in for biometrics!

yeah, at least the Bio waiting time will be reduced by this policy.i also have to give bio so its okay. But atleast i think 50 to 60% people will be benefitted with this rule, which is good for everyone!
