I finally receive ecopr today and here is my timeline. To those who is still waiting for, I know the waiting is soooooo frustrating. Keep positive, you pr is on the way.
CEC single applicant
AOR: May 4th 2020
MEP: June 25th 2020
Biometric though call appointment: October 16 2020
after that NO UPDATE at all!
Call IRCC almost 1 time per month
contact MP at this June. They can only help me to check the status, no push case.
1st portal email: July 10th 2021, reply same day
2nd email for portal login: July 12nd 2021, submit photo and address same day
ecopr received July 30th!!!

I received my COPR in Nov 2020. Mailed photos for PR card within a week. Its been over 7months and I have not received my PR card. I have called and webformed them endlessly but no result.
Could anyone suggest what should I do or if I can get online portal somehow.

If your application is already in process, you can't until you withdraw your current one. You won't get your fees back except the RPRF. You'll need to create a new express entry profile and wait for an ITA.

Having said that, outland express entry applicants haven't been getting ITAs since last year. Once they are ready to send ITAs again, they'll also probably be ready to process the backlog. Applying again won't make the process any more faster or easier than waiting on the current application if you're outland (and even if you're inland considering you start fresh)

My security is pending since aug 04th 2020 and we can do absolutely none. My MP contacted IRCC thrice for status and numerous web mails and calls..literally nothing we can do..sorry to say this , but only thing is to wait . Yes am also inland without any restrictions or issues

If yours is filed as CEC you can’t do that also. Same case as mine

Did anyone try filing the "Writ of Mandamus" with a lawyer? If so, how was the experience? I was wondering to do this, but I want to know if it's worth it. Thanks!
