Applicants who have officer DA20220 expect thier files to be moved.i have seen one applicant who got ecopr last week from may 2020 and myself got portal email to confirm the details and reply the document about last entry and application details to get access for portal email.Medicals expired may 15 and extended jul17th and got email this morning.replied with details have to see how long the portal access email gonna take.

i got update yesterday with pr confirmation portal. Application was assigned to DA20220. AOR may 1, 2020. Medical passed on 25 th june 2020. Everything passed except criminality on july 27, 2020. Biometrics given on oct 8. Medical expired on feb 22, 2021. Got extended on 8th july, 2021 got passed. Pr confirmation email July 18, 2021. I am single, CEC INLAND applicant. Best wishes to everyone who are waiting for their decisions.

I’m in the same situation. Also waiting since May 16, 2020. RC-9515 is Ottawa center. It’s not a particular officer. Officer codes are usually 2 letters and 5 numbers.

9515 looks like pool of cases in OTTAWA not assigned to an officer. Some cases was approved in last month, but not much.

When I called IRCC today, the agent said I should send a complaint via feedback form and sent me a mail on that. Maybe just to get rid of me. I’m not sure they even look at the feedback. It’s a completely irresponsible and incompetent organization. I said as much in the feedback form including some very angry statements to describe their state
My friend applied in December 2020 and she got her PR. They could not get their police certificate even on time but they got their PR with exact 6 month timeline. It is really not fair. I contacted my PM for my case and they asked me for proof that I need my PR urgently!!!!

Nothing to lose any hope over. Some People who applied in December got approved simply because their visa offices were functioning differently under different pandemic restrictions. Plus, April-June 2020 applications were filed right when the pandemic was at its first peak. They were probably set aside in bulk because of office closures and a high amount of people being unable to get documents in order.
COVID is close to ending and things are starting to get back to normal. Borders are starting to open up and approved PRs outside the US who have been waiting since March of last year can now enter Canada. FSW proof of funds got updated recently too, indicating that they are planning to get back into processing those applications and sending new ITAs. Personally, I’m hoping to see a PPR by end of this year. If it happens It’s going to be a 18 year wait for what should have been done in 6 months. However, It’s not even bad considering the fact that this process pretty much lets me settle in a beautiful country like Canada with for life with great public healthcare, powerful passport once I gain citizenship in 3 years etc.
